Well, here in America it is Independence Day again! Time to grill out, stay up, and shoot fireworks from dusk to dawn. However, one might consider that the United States is not really that independent from Great Britain after all. Hordes of Americans watch British shows and movies like Downton Abbey, Sherlock, and Harry Potter. Even supposedly American TV and movies have been infiltrated, with Benedict Cumberbatch in Dr. Strange and Daisley Ridley and John Boyega in The Force Awakens. Of course, I wouldn’t want it any other way. A nod to our British past, and enjoy the fireworks!
